Job Description
The Trainer is responsible for delivering training, developing training plans, and partnering with Internal resources to create and update training materials. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker who is self-driven to stay up to date on the latest tools and best practices for product training.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Deliver Online instructor led training to customers
- Develop and coordinate training schedules
- Assess training needs
- Conduct customer surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Support the conceptualization and development of training materials
- Communicate training needs and online resources as appropriate
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Review, test, and provide feedback on training materials
- Provide accurate and timely training reports
- Facilitate customer training and onboarding using approved materials
- Document customer performance and outcomes of training
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Travel as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Familiar with Training systems and best practices
