Job Description:
Responsible for developing embedded flash memory technology, including process integration, device optimization, design rule scaling, failure analysis, and yield improvement. Manages technical projects with cross-functional teams to achieve process setup, test chip tape out, silicon validation, yield demonstration, and reliability qualification within tight deadlines. Interfaces with foundries, IDMs, and design houses.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge on advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Non-volatile memory technology development experience highly desirable.
- Flash memory array characterization experience will be plus.
- TCAD, PDK, circuit design, layout, device/product characterization, reliability, and qualification knowledge highly desirable.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifunctional, and multi-time-zone teams.
Education & Experience Required:
- BS with MS or PhD degree preferred in E.E. or related engineering major, with at least 15+ years of semiconductor process integration experiences.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $91,000-$232,000.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
