  • Conduct comprehensive testing of Wi-Fi/WFA products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and methodologies for Wi-Fi-related projects.
  • Utilize testing tools such as Spirent for traffic simulation and performance evaluation.
  • Automate testing processes using Python, Shell, and automation frameworks like Robot and Selenium.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, performance, and compatibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Wi-Fi standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11ax) and network protocols.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Document test results, create reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Wi-Fi/WFA product testing is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of IEEE 802.11 standards and related network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Hands-on experience with testing/traffic simulation tools, preferably Spirent.
  • Proficiency in test automation, with experience in Python, Shell, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and strategies.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with IPV4/IPV6 addressing and basic L2/L3 routing concepts.
  • Experience with GPON technologies is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
