• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates for highly specialized and technical roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical requirements and define effective sourcing and engagement strategies.
• Proactively identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain a robust network of top-tier technical talent through market research, relationship management, and industry event participation.
• Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to potential candidates, effectively communicating GetYourGuide's employer value proposition.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and GetYourGuide’s culture.
• Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a best-in-class candidate experience by optimizing sourcing processes and providing timely communication.

• You have a strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition, with a proven track record as a Technical Sourcer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest sourcing techniques, tools, and market trends to continuously improve effectiveness.
• You are an expert in identifying and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about the GetYourGuide product and are ready to effectively pitch it to engage top technical talent.
• An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• You are data-driven and leverage insights to optimize sourcing strategies and report on progress.
