We are seeking a Senior Technical SEO Manager with expertise in CMS enhancement, AI-driven content optimization, and advanced site analysis tools to join our team.

This role combines technical SEO leadership, AI strategy, and collaboration with developers to drive website excellence at scale.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Technical SEO Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Lead the enhancement of our custom Ruby on Rails CMS, optimizing workflows for content producers across 8 markets

• Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for content optimization and keyword opportunity detection

• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits using Lumar, Screaming Frog, and custom scripts to ensure optimal site performance

• Oversee international SEO initiatives, including hreflang implementation and Core Web Vitals optimization

• Drive the success of programmatic page projects, optimizing their structure and performance for maximum visibility

Oliver built his career through diverse experiences in business development and product management at companies like Beat81 and Jack Wolfskin before specializing in SEO. He found his passion in organic growth while at Penta, where he progressed from SEO Manager to SEO & Content Team Lead. Following Penta's merger with Qonto, he took on the role of Global SEO Lead, where he now drives organic growth strategies across Qonto's European markets. Alongside his role at Qonto, he also serves as an organic growth advisor for B2B startups and scale-ups.

Oliver excels in building comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives. His expertise spans across strategic SEO leadership, data-driven decision-making, and content strategy development. He has a proven track record of successfully scaling organic growth for B2B fintech platforms.

Working with Oliver, you'll benefit from his hands-on experience and strategic approach to SEO. He values building high-performing teams while maintaining a positive work environment, bringing both technical expertise and a personable touch to the team dynamic.

🏅 About You:

• Technical SEO Expertise: 3+ years of experience with large-scale websites, demonstrating strong knowledge of technical SEO principles and implementation

• AI and Automation Proficiency: Understanding of AI agent workflows and experience implementing AI-driven content and keyword tools.

• Tools Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Lumar, Screaming Frog, BigQuery, and Google Search Console

• Project Management: Proven ability to work across multifunctional teams (development, content, marketing) to deliver impactful SEO projects.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
