RYZ is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will join our Recruiting team to help bring the best talent to our company. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and execute sourcing campaigns to attract and hire the best technical talent the industry has to offer. Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.
- +5 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
