The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the People team, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. This role involves full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical positions ranging from Software/Test/Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, etc. As the first point-of-contact for candidates, the Senior Technical Recruiter will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and will have the opportunity to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including Team Leads and Executives, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with organizational needs. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other networks to build a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, confirming interview details with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth process
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and team leads, providing updates on candidate status and feedback
- Manage candidate offers, including negotiations and closing, ensuring alignment with compensation and organizational policies
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition and complete all necessary paperwork and procedures
- Provide feedback to refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's hiring goals
- Work on projects to improve the overall recruiting and onboarding process at Arine
Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting. Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment and/or recruiting for health-tech roles is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Experience working with Applicant-Tracking-Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Rippling
- Experience leveraging networking and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, etc.
- Proven experience employing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote inclusive hiring practices
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- In-depth understanding of technical recruitment, with the ability to assess complex technical skill sets and work effectively with engineering and product teams to identify and attract top-tier technical talent
- Data driven with the ability to use recruitment metrics (e.g., OAR, time to fill, retention rates) to assess and optimize hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement in recruitment performance
- Bias for action with a demonstrated ability to take swift and decisive action in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback, ensuring timely progress throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency
- Ability to educate and influence internal stakeholders on best practices in recruitment, while also promoting the company’s values and opportunities to external candidates to attract top talent
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities, allowing for the effective management of multiple recruitment processes while ensuring clear, transparent, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Empathy and a genuine care for the candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel valued, respected, and supported throughout the recruitment process, fostering positive relationships regardless of the outcome
- Proactive and motivated individual who thrives as a self-starter, while also being an effective team player; able to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including the General & Administrative team, to drive recruitment success and achieve organizational goals

The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is: $110,000-$125,000/year.

Information Security Roles and Responsibilities:
All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines.
