We are looking for an experienced Manager, Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role will involve overseeing the recruitment team, developing strategic recruiting plans, and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. The role will be based onsite full time in Gurugram, India and report into our Sr. TA Director & India Site Leader.
Shift Timings- 2pm- 10:30pm IST (Cabs will be provided)
You will:
- Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across all levels.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, and offer management.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruiting efforts with business objectives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform strategy and improve processes continuously.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Ensure data integrity in applicant tracking systems and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Build scalable recruiting processes that support the company’s growth and future hiring needs.
- Represent the company with professionalism and uphold our values in all recruitment activities.
You have:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong understanding of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to closing offers.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively, using data to drive decisions.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and business teams to address hiring needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
