Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter for an onsite role in Santa Ana, CA. The Senior Technical Recruiter reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate weekly recruitment check-ins with hiring managers to ensure alignment and progress.
• Develop and update comprehensive job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare and post recruitment materials to appropriate job boards, colleges, and other relevant channels.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications, utilizing various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Conduct thorough screenings to filter candidates within the recruitment schedule.
• Train global entities on recruitment process procedures and obtain global recruitment updates.
• Provide weekly global recruitment metrics to the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and the Chief Financial Officer.
• Deliver global recruitment updates, including new jobs, closed jobs, and hired candidates, to the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Assist in creating recruitment templates and documents.
• Aid in setting up payroll services for new global hires, including EZ Pay contracts and approvals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
• Ensure agency partners adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate job openings and hiring needs to agency partners and evaluate their performance.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with recruitment agencies and ensure they understand and promote the company's culture, values, and requirements.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes through candidate screenings.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Monitor temporary employees’ attendance and work performance in collaboration with managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job offer details, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements, with assistance from the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage the approval process for job offers, ensuring all necessary sign-offs are obtained.
• Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, including IT setup, new hire announcements, and HRIS system integration.
• Set up workstations and necessary equipment for new employees and decorate their workspaces.
• Gather feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience and use this information to enhance the process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
• Strive for excellence while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field highly desired.
• Proven track record of success in a technical recruiter role or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in recruiting for diverse positions across multiple departments
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Familiarity with utilizing social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks for proactive talent sourcing and engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dynamic, cross-functional teams.
At Identiv, we prioritize pay fairness. Your base salary plays a vital role in our comprehensive compensation structure, and it is established within a specific range. This structure allows for advancement as you gain experience and evolve in your role. Your salary and compensation will be determined based on various factors, including your geographical location, skill set, educational background, and work experience.
In the spirit of openness regarding compensation, the base salary for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000.
