• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Working closely with software and engineering teams
• Take the lead of scrum/agile teams as the Senior Technical Project Manager for particularly presales activities
• Prepare budget proposals, and suggest budget changes if required
• Continuously deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations, and required documentations.
• Providing advanced workflow documentation and design expertise for internal processes
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Provide coordination between stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, if necessary, according to project plan

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years of total professional experience, including at least 3–4 years of hands-on project management experience in software development projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues
• Must be based in Istanbul or open to relocation on short notice.
• Must be open to occasional domestic and international business travel.
• Experience building presentations materials and comfortable presenting to stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills both in Turkish and English
• Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving and organizational experience
• Ability to multitask, track and report on multiple workstreams
• Knowledge of various computer applications including Google workspace and Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, etc.)
• Skilled in the use of negotiation techniques to reach agreement when there are widely-differing viewpoints
• Advance knowledge of English
