We’re looking for a cloud engineer with a passion for teaching and curriculum development to lead the creation and delivery of targeted training programs focused on cloud and data center migration and modernization—with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure and infrastructure automation.
What You’ll Do
- Design and lead the development of a comprehensive learning curriculum for cloud technologies, tailored to real-world migration and modernization scenarios.
- Leverage Microsoft’s extensive library of learning modules to create engaging, digestible, and actionable training content.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops for technical teams, focusing on Azure services, automation tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business goals and technical needs.
- Continuously refine and evolve the curriculum based on feedback, technology updates, and learner performance.
Who You Are
- A cloud or infrastructure engineer (ideally with Azure experience) who’s excited about helping others learn and grow.
- You may not be a trainer yet—but you’re eager to become one.
- You have experience with cloud migration, infrastructure as code, and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, PowerShell, etc.).
- You’re a clear communicator who can break down complex topics into simple, engaging lessons.
- You’re comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with teams on-site at Seneca One.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ proven project management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ project management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud services.
- Demonstrated ability to curate and deliver technical training based on internal tooling, standards, and workflows.
- Solid project management skills – able to prioritize, coordinate, and drive training efforts across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to synthesize complex topics and work across disciplines.
- Experience with building internal documentation or knowledge bases.
- Passion for developing others and making technical learning approachable, relevant, and directly applicable.
Education and Experience Preferred:
