We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Project Manager at ICON, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects that support our clinical research operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading the end-to-end management of technical projects, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing technical projects, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
