Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a major tolling modernization program. The ideal candidate will have strong technical project management experience and the ability to gradually transition into Scrum Master responsibilities as Agile teams mature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Development, QA, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams.
- Track project status and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Manage project activities and tickets using Azure DevOps.
- Support release planning and delivery coordination.
- Improve project processes, reporting, documentation, and delivery practices.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of technical Project Management experience.
- PMP and CSM certifications required.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud or modernization projects.
- Strong SDLC and software development understanding.
- Experience working with technical development and QA teams.
- Strong Azure DevOps experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Planner or similar tools.
- Strong Excel, Visio, and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Microservices/API experience.
- Experience improving software delivery processes.
