SUMMARY:
New Era Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated Specialized Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology initiatives supporting construction projects and infrastructure deployments. This role will oversee multiple projects at varying phases while ensuring successful delivery of IT infrastructure components on time, within scope, and within budget. . The ideal candidate brings strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across technical, construction, vendor, and business teams.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across different stages of the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams including internal departments, external partners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies based on project needs and organizational requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, procurement activities, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Present project updates, scope changes, risks, and status reports clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Facilitate and confidently lead project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Maintain and update project documentation, project artifacts, project management tools, dashboards, and status presentation materials.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks/issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
