What is the role?
Are you a process-driven leader who thrives on keeping projects laser-focused on milestones, scope, and delivery? Wealth Dynamix is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of our on-premise product roadmap.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind project discipline — keeping our high-performing development teams aligned, accountable, and on track. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders (Head of Development, Head of Product) and lead delivery across complex SDLC projects where structure and rigor matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Process Ownership: Drive project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with defined scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for internal product teams.
- Milestone Governance: Monitor progress against delivery plans and escalate risks/issues early, ensuring corrective actions keep projects on track.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Engage confidently with senior leaders (e.g., Head of Development, Head of Product), providing structured updates and driving alignment across teams.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases, ensuring all releases meet required standards before deployment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure clear documentation of requirements, sprint outcomes, and delivery status, providing transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across engineering and product delivery teams.
- Hands-On Involvement: Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, ensuring details are managed while keeping sight of the bigger delivery picture.

Who is best suited to this role?
- A minimum of 8 years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Proven track record in managing SDLC projects, ideally in on-premise software environments.
- Experience as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Process-driven with a reputation for enforcing discipline and delivery rigor.
- Confidence and maturity in dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills.
- Experience in FinTech or Wealth Management preferred but not essential.
