About the Role

We are looking for  an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Cross Team and drive a range of impactful initiatives within our Professional Services department, from process optimization and enhanced reporting to leading the initial client engagements for new Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), ultimately improving our delivery effectiveness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PS leadership, Product, R&D, and other stakeholders to define, document, and implement standardized processes, procedures, and templates for all PS delivery teams.

  • Work closely with Product teams to manage initial client implementations (MVPs) of new and emerging HiredScore products, including data extraction, configuration, and hands-on implementation for these strategic projects.

  • Lead the definition and execution of optimization initiatives and the development of internal tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of PS delivery teams.

  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding HiredScore best practices in product implementation and process definition.

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs), Service Executives (SEs), and Strategic Clients Focals to provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, including conducting technical discovery sessions, pre-design presentations, and addressing technical questions from potential clients.

  • Utilize strong project leadership and analytical skills to understand departmental needs, propose solutions, and ensure the success of cross-team projects and initiatives.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation related to cross-team responsibilities and collaborate effectively with all PS teams.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of external customer-facing experience with technical SaaS products, including 2+ years working with global B2B clients (preferably in roles like Technical/Customer Success/Account Manager, Professional Services, or Project Manager).

  • More than 2 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • At least 2 years of experience developing detailed high-level design documents, utilizing product & configuration capabilities to provide clients a clear overview of solutions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change with internal & external stakeholders.

  • Deep technical aptitude, including understanding/discussing technical concepts, and 1+ years' experience with technical tasks using configuration tools (JSON, XML, YAML).

  • 1+ years' experience with query languages in relational/non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB is an advantage).

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience developing/utilizing reports and dashboards for data-driven insights and decision-making.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Monday, Confluence).
