Job Description
As a Technical Project Lead, you continuously translate overarching business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications. In this role you:
- Analyze and evaluate global market trends and bring in the outside perspective
- Develop (IT) products, from concept to launch, in an international business environment
- Are an ambassador of your products to senior stakeholders and you seek alignment on critical strategic product decisions
- Develop products that create value for our customers
- You lead and manage agile teams or strategic projects.
Qualifications
You have a university degree in a relevant area e.g. IT, Business Administration or Human Resources and have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of technical product development.
Furthermore, you bring in the following mindset and skills:
- Experience in leading strategic/cross-functional IT projects in global corporate environments, paired with excellent leadership and intercultural skills
- Experience translating business requirements into products
- Storytelling and stakeholder management at top management level
- Experience in steering vendors effectively
- Customer-centric mindset where you think in E2E customer solution
- Experience managing international teams
- Nice to have: Experience in negotiation with data privacy and social partners
- Your English is on the highest level, German language is a benefit
- You are flexible for business travels
