Core responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall design, analysis, documentation and functional validation of mechanical components and assemblies;
- Conduct CAD/product review and generate review report
- Perform troubleshooting and root causes analysis for engineering failures/issues
- Prepare technical documents including product specification, BOM, engineering changes
- Support team to conduct the DFMEA and generate follow up action plan
- Conduct design of experiments (DOE’s), and analysis of data using statistical tools and evaluation of variable factors
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required
- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in product development with consumer electronic goods
- Hands-on Knowledge on DOE, DFMEA, SPC
- Familiar with CAD tools
- Familiar with Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good English skills in written and verbal
