Knowledge / Experience• 8+ years leading large scale, end to end technical programs across multiple teams with complex dependencies in enterprise environments.• Strong expertise in portfolio and initiative level program management, including governance, execution tracking, reporting, and operational readiness.• Hands on experience with Agile (Scrum), SAFe, and blended delivery models, with strengths in work decomposition, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery acceleration.• Solid understanding of software engineering, system design, and architecture, with the ability to engage engineers on trade offs, scalability, and constraints.• Proven ability to drive business and customer outcomes through technical execution, measured via metrics and results.• Demonstrated strength in risk management, ambiguity handling, stakeholder influence, and executive communication.• Experience building and leading TPM organizations, mentoring leaders, shaping practices, and influencing technology roadmaps.About the Role• Drive transformational change in end to end product delivery, applying technical program management and engineering best practices across agile and hybrid environments.• Lead large enterprise technical programs and products from inception to delivery, operating autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces.• Maintain deep understanding of business domains, systems, and architectural decisions, translating complexity into clarity and execution.• Provide thought leadership, drive problem decomposition, accelerate delivery, and ensure predictable outcomes under tight deadlines.• Establish trusted partnerships with engineering, business, and executive stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning execution.• Build, lead, and mature a high performing TPM function, fostering strong delivery culture, empathy, and accountability.Major Accountabilities• Own program and portfolio execution, optimizing processes, aligning teams and technologies, and ensuring efficient use of resources.• Drive delivery from planning through production, proactively managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and blockers.• Establish clear governance, metrics, and reporting, enabling transparency, timely decisions, and continuous improvement.• Foster cross team collaboration, accountability for results, and organizational learning.• Act as primary program representative, providing clear communication, accurate status, and stakeholder alignment.• Stay current on technology trends, evaluate designs, and influence long term organizational and technical direction.
