Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager drives the end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity software products, leading programs from concept through launch. In this role, you will ensure alignment across globally distributed product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver high‑quality SaaS and on-premises software releases on schedule and within scope. You will influence strategy, streamline processes, and improve cross‑team execution to support the company’s mission of delivering secure, innovative products to customers around the world.  This position reports to the Director Program Management and is a hybrid role located in Bangalore, India.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the definition, planning, execution, and launch of new cybersecurity software products across SaaS / cloud, and on‑premises platforms.
  • Manage program schedules, risks, issues, scope, and quality from concept through launch.
  • Oversee interdependencies among multiple projects and development teams to ensure integrated, coordinated software releases.
  • Build strong partnerships across all levels of the company and resolve conflicts to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Communicate program progress and critical updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders through concise, well‑structured presentations and reporting.
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize delivery based on product and team needs.
  • Lead teams to solve complex technical and business problems through strong analytical and facilitation skills.
  • Manage third‑party vendors and outsourced activities to meet program requirements.
  • Drive the creation and adoption of repeatable processes that enable more efficient product development in future cycles.
  • Champion continuous improvement and positive change across the product organization.

What You Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in technical product development.
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience leading complex multi‑team software initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering software programs and leading cross‑functional product teams across multiple time-zones.
  • The ability to influence partners, senior leaders, and external collaborators to drive program outcomes.
  • Strength in building trusted relationships and resolving conflict across teams, enabling transparent communication and effective alignment.
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver clear, compelling program updates to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
  • Experience delivering SaaS / cloud, and on‑premises software products.
  • Proficiency with program and product development tools—including JIRA, Confluence, Agile PLM, MS Project, MS Planner, and Smartsheets—with the ability to configure workflows, reporting, and dashboards to support program execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

You have an advantage if you possess

  • Experience in cybersecurity product development
  • PMP Certification.
