Job Description
How would you like to help drive some of the LEGO Group’s most impactful and complex digital programs?
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling high‑quality delivery across multi‑team, cross‑functional programs within MCT. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and cross‑functional partners, you will create clarity, drive alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery moving forward with pace and purpose!
Core Responsibilities
Drive successful delivery of complex, multi‑team programs, ensuring outcomes are clear, measurable, and aligned to MCT and product‑team objectives
Lead program‑level operating rhythms (e.g., scrum‑of‑scrums, SteerCos, cross-team planning) and ensure program governance is consistently applied
Shape clear, compelling program narratives, helping senior team members understand purpose, progress, risks, and trade‑offs
Partner closely with Engineering and Product leads to define program goals, shared outcomes, and delivery expectations
Develop transparency across risks, dependencies, and technical constraints, collaborating with teams to proactively mitigate issues
Create and maintain high‑quality program plans, including roadmaps, dependency maps, delivery achievements, and rollout approaches
Facilitate alignment between cross‑functional teams, ensuring blockers are removed quickly and decision paths are clear
Support teams in planning and accomplishing rollout and deployment strategies, working with engineering, operations, and business partners
Coach and uplift delivery behaviors across teams by modeling excellent collaboration, structure, and delivery rigor. Demonstrate standards in communication, facilitation, and risk management, acting as an informal leader to elevate TPM craft standards across the department.
Work with TPMs, Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to ensure delivery practices remain robust, predictable, and outcome‑focused
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will bring structure, communication excellence, and rigorous delivery practices to ensure our most important programs achieve their intended outcomes. While you won’t lead people directly, you will be a trusted delivery leader (reporting directly to the Senior Director of Delivery) who influences without authority, collaborating across teams to reduce ambiguity and improve flow!
Do you have what it takes?
Passionate about delivering complex work and seeing challenging programs through to completion
Thrive in ambiguity and capable of bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to uncertain environments
Excellent facilitation skills across varied program settings (scrum‑of‑scrums, SteerCos, cross‑team planning)
Strong relationship-building skills, effectively collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
Broad understanding across Tech, Product, and Business domains, with an appetite to learn quickly
Solid, hands-on experience with agile delivery models across multiple frameworks, complemented by a strong understanding of agile engineering practices, application lifecycle management, modern architecture principles, and awareness of traditional program management where appropriate.
Exhibits strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with senior partners, able to articulate complex trade-offs in cost, time, scope, and quality in simple, actionable terms.
Pragmatic and balanced: able to zoom out strategically while diving into delivery detail when required
Track record of influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams
Demonstrates resilience, calmness, and constructive problem‑solving during high‑pressure delivery situations
Proficient in risk management, dependency planning, roadmap shaping, and multi‑team coordination
Experience working directly with engineering teams and deep familiarity with agile software development processes
Comfortable developing rollout/deployment strategies and partnering with cross‑functional teams
