Job DescriptionRole Overview
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs within our customer Integrations domain, working closely with Integration Engineering and Integration Consultant teams. This role operates in a highly technical space and requires strong technical judgment.
You will be responsible for aligning engineering execution with customer and business needs, shaping and driving initiatives from problem definition through delivery and launch, and ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes. In addition to delivery ownership, you will help mature ways of working across the integrations' organization, improving clarity, flow, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs within the domain, from early problem framing and discovery through delivery, launch, and post-launch evaluation
- Partner closely with Integration Engineering and Integration Consultants to:
- Translate customer integration needs and business priorities into clear technical initiatives
- Balance customer requirements, platform constraints, and engineering trade-offs
- Manage complex technical dependencies and risks, particularly across:
- External customer systems
- Third-party APIs
- Internal platform teams
- Drive operational excellence across delivery by:
- Maintaining strong Jira hygiene, estimation, forecasting, and reporting
- Improving predictability, transparency, and throughput across teams
- Define and evolve meaningful metrics and KPIs relevant to API integrations, such as delivery predictability, integration success rates, time to integration, operational stability, and customer impact
- Promote agile and Lean delivery practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) across both engineering and consulting functions
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of goals, priorities, risks, and progress across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of driving complex technical programs from inception to launch, ideally within API, platform, or integration-heavy environments
- Strong ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces, making sound prioritization and trade-off decisions
- High technical literacy, with hands-on experience or deep familiarity with:
- APIs and integrations
- SaaS platforms
- Modern cloud architectures and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering and customer-facing technical teams (e.g. integration consultants, solutions engineers)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to continuously improve delivery and integration outcomes
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across global, distributed teams
- Empathy for customers and users, ensuring integrations are not only delivered but usable, reliable, and valuable
