BS/BA in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid delivery models for infrastructure programs
Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure and/or security programs at scale
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex technical topics clearly
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, drive execution, and deliver results in ambiguous environments
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to articulate business impact, customer value, and technical outcomes to senior audiences
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style
Project Management Expertise:
Scope, schedule, and dependency management
Financial forecasting and budget tracking
Risk, issue, and change management
Resource and capacity planning
Desired Experience & Skills
Experience with the Salesforce platform and internal BT services
Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS)
Knowledge of enterprise networking, internet technologies, and relational databases
Active PMP and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification
Senior TPM Role Expectations
