Your salary starts from 3 800 € gross per month, restricted stock units and other benefits are on top. You can work in one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) or from home in Central and Eastern Europe on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead large, multi-team programs from definition through delivery, ensuring clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate strategy into executable program plans, including milestones, timelines, and delivery cadences.
- Establish and run program governance and coordination rituals (e.g., reviews, syncs, decision-making forums) to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders, including facilitation of trade-offs and conflict resolution.
- Partner closely with Engineering Owners to facilitate technical delivery execution while ensuring they have the context, support, and resources needed to succeed.
- Track execution progress at a granular level, maintain delivery commitments, surface blockers early, and escalate when required.
- Own structured risk, issue, and dependency management (including maintaining logs/trackers), ensuring mitigation plans, clear ownership, and follow-through.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and leadership-relevant program reporting and communication.
- Support effective resource coordination across participating teams to avoid bottlenecks and protect delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices, tooling, and ways of working to increase transparency and predictability.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, as well as a bias toward action and closure.
- Structured and analytical thinker who brings clarity to complexity, especially when faced with ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority across senior audiences.
- Excellent communicator who can adapt messaging across technical and non-technical groups.
- Strong critical thinking, especially in proactively identifying risks and inefficiencies, and pragmatic in driving mitigation and resolution.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Collaborative and trust-building partner across functions, able to align teams around shared goals.
- Calm under pressure, with a consistent focus on delivery discipline and problem-solving.
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related roles in a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver cloud software by involving multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product development practices.
- Experience partnering with Engineering Owners/Leads and Product Managers to deliver customer-impacting outcomes.
- Proven experience with risk, dependency, and issue management, including structured escalation and resolution practices.
- Experience preparing clear, executive-friendly program reporting and facilitating decision-making.
- Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, and Confluence (or equivalent).
- Experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software and/or high-growth engineering environments
- Software Development or Technical Product experience is a strong advantage.
