Reporting to the Manager of Program Management, you'll partner with a fully remote development team and cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward, priorities aligned, and projects on track.

In this role, you'll take ownership of program execution, facilitate Agile development processes, proactively manage risks, and remove obstacles that could impact delivery. You'll use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel to provide visibility into progress, strengthen team processes, and ensure accountability throughout the development lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, brings structure to complex initiatives, and knows how to balance technical priorities with business objectives. You'll be a trusted partner to engineering teams and leadership, helping turn strategic goals into measurable results.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with engineering teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish program goals, define deliverables, and maintain clear timelines and expectations.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers, resolve challenges, and help development teams maintain momentum and meet delivery commitments.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, and success metrics to monitor progress and drive accountability.
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and potential delays, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Support fully remote development teams by fostering effective communication, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across locations and time zones.
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Excel to track deliverables, maintain documentation, monitor performance, and provide meaningful reporting to stakeholders.
  • Establish and continuously improve program management processes, Agile practices, and documentation standards to support efficient and consistent execution.
  • Coordinate competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies to ensure teams remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and changes to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve team efficiency, and strengthen program delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing technical programs or projects, preferably supporting software development or engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and supporting sprint-based software delivery.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information, program updates, and business priorities to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and drive results without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
