Senior Technical Program Manager
Overview
The Operations, Network and Employee Digital Experience Organization (ONE) is a fast-paced organization with over 2,500 team members. The Senior Technical Program Manager will join the Business Strategy and Governance team within ONE. This team's primary responsibilities include driving technology enabled outcomes, supporting complex initiatives (operational and strategic), elevating workforce talent and governing data/processes across ONE.
The ideal candidate is experienced breaking down and solving complex programs, setting the standards for engineering and thrives in a fast-moving team environment.
Role
This role will deep dive into the design and planning for customer migrations to public cloud with development teams. In this cross-functional position, you will:• Set schedules for workload migrations, oversee the execution and proactively manage dependencies for two distinct products from end to end• Consolidate regulatory and legal requirements, identify gaps and prioritize resolution• Partner with product to develop a customer-first experience and ensure the detailed plan supports the strategy• Serve as the first point of contact for engineers and stakeholders • Lead application resources in "game-day" testing preparations and execution, maintain engagement through handover to operations• Govern the inputs and manage the quality of data in the agile tooling• Monitor the metrics and provide ongoing updates (with data) on the state of delivery
All About You• Proven experience leading IT project/program workstreams• Infrastructure (public cloud and on prem), enterprise application and data center operations domain proficiency, experience working directly with engineering and effectively representing their services to other teams
