The Role

Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world! We are looking for a creative and experienced Technical Program Manager to help us bring NVIDIA's Robotics out to the world. You will participate in a focused effort to build the robotics workflows, foundation models, and data pipeline to bring AI to autonomous machines. You will work closely with software development engineers, hardware engineers, engineering managers, and product managers to connect the dots, define processes, and run schedules.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive technical programs from requirements through launch, including running complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running efficiently.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Research, and Program Management teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.

  • As the focal point, schedule and lead status meetings, handle communication of progress / status across engineering teams, and supervise critical issues.

  • Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes (PLC), and collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows to improve efficiencies.

  • Identify and manage multi-functional dependencies and risks proactively.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS Computer Science, Robotics, AI or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of recent Technical Program Management experience driving the planning and delivery of software engineering programs, and releasing commercial products

  • Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering scalable programs and projects, process improvements in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to think long-term and to build consensus to make programs successful

  • Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles.

Ways to Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Hands-on experience in a software development role.

  • Experience with learning-based physical AI or simulation tools (Omniverse) or Robotics SDKs (like Isaac or ROS)

  • Experience with Agile tools and processes, tool-independent understanding of TPM principles

  • Prior experience working in the following areas: Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Embedded system and Data Center products

  • Good knowledge of PLC processes/compliance, software release processes, and prior experience in this area.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
