  • Coordinate delivery of QC system deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives, including benchtop instrumentation and enterprise systems (Chromeleon CDS, MODA, LogiLab SDMS, SoftMax Pro), operating system upgrades, and integration changes

  • Ensure all initiatives adhere to GxP compliance, validation expectations, data integrity standards, and inspection readiness requirements in partnership with Quality and Validation teams

  • Partner with Digital and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and prioritization, creating a bridge into product-oriented ownership as the portfolio evolves, including opportunities to leverage advanced digital and Generative AI capabilities

  • Drive proactive identification and mitigation of cross-system and cross-site risks to minimize disruption to QC testing, site readiness, and operational continuity

  • Provide clear, structured, executive-ready communication on program status, decisions, risks, and outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to improve program delivery practices, templates, KPIs, and operating models to support scalable execution and future growth of the global team
