Your Impact
Anaplan, a software company that is part of the Thoma Bravo portfolio, is currently seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Product Launch team.
This role will be based in New York City and will report to our Vice President of Product Launch. You will work closely with colleagues across the company to bring our products to market with maximum impact.
You will have the opportunity to lead product launch projects and drive operationalization of best practices to increase revenue and adoption of our products.
- Project manage multiple product launches, Owning the delivery schedule and coordination with dependent teams and ensure there is clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization
- Identify areas for improvement and help drive positive change in key parts of the launch process
- Partner with VP Product Launch to drive adoption of new practices
- Lead implementation of project management and communication tooling
- Drive and automate tracking of key launch metrics
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a TPM or comparable role at a software company
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving multiple internal teams
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to deconstruct a task into actionable steps, capturing dependencies and capacity needs
- Precision in language and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain project velocity by anticipating issues, troubleshooting, and using influence
- Ability to run a highly effective meeting – clear agenda, excellent facilitation, ensuring decisions and actions are noted, shared, and tracked
- Effective change agent. You exhibit strong communication skills. You can build rapport and good working relationships with senior leaders and peers. You can separate facts from opinions and take the perspectives of others and reach a workable solution. You are flexible in how you influence leaders to achieve the right outcomes.
