Description of the Team
This role sits within the CIO Strategy & Transformation organization, which partners closely with IT, Corporate Development, Security, Legal, Finance, People Technology, and business leaders to scale CoreWeave through disciplined, repeatable transformation initiatives. The team focuses on building operating models, systems, and technology foundations that support hyper-growth, including mergers and acquisitions.

About the role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, M&A Systems Integration to own the end-to-end planning and execution of IT and systems integration for mergers and acquisitions at CoreWeave. In this role, you will design and operate a repeatable M&A integration playbook and serve as the technical program owner for individual deals from diligence through full post-close integration. You will drive Day 0, Day 1, and post–Day 1 execution across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and data while managing dependencies, risks, and executive-level reporting. The role partners deeply with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure continuity, security, and a scalable end-state architecture.

Who You Are:

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, or a closely related role delivering large, cross-functional technology initiatives

  • Hands-on experience leading IT and systems integration for M&A or post-merger integration programs

  • Proven experience operating across multiple enterprise IT domains, including identity and access management, endpoint/device management, collaboration platforms, ERP/finance systems, data platforms, or infrastructure

  • Ability to analyze and document technical architectures across identity, applications, integrations, networking, and data, and convert them into executable integration plans

  • Demonstrated experience building integrated program plans, managing schedules and dependencies, tracking risks and issues, and driving change management

  • Experience partnering with engineers and architects on integration platforms, APIs, automation, and event-driven workflows

  • Strong capability using metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure integration readiness, execution progress, and outcomes

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, time-bound M&A environments while balancing execution speed with risk management and compliance requirements

Preferred:
  • Prior experience integrating IT systems in cloud infrastructure, data center, or high-growth SaaS environments

  • Familiarity with SOX, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks and their impact on M&A system integrations

  • Exposure to GenAI-enabled automation, AI agents, or workflow tooling applied to system migrations, data mapping, or IT support during M&A

Wondering if you’re a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diverse experiences—even if you’re not a 100% match. You might be a great fit if:

  • You love designing repeatable systems and playbooks that scale across multiple deals
