What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of Integration Platform programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment to agreed outcomes, timelines, quality standards and investment objectives.
- Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities, managing risks, dependencies and critical delivery activities across interconnected programs.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, progress, risks and investment tracking to support informed decision-making.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to build alignment, resolve challenges and enable successful delivery.
- Develop and support Technical Programme Managers, championing continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the portfolio.
Who you are
- You bring experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams, stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience in programme and portfolio management, including planning, governance, dependency management and risk management.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments, creating structure, clarity and focus where needed.
- Able to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication, collaboration and insight.
- Experience leading, coaching or supporting delivery teams, balancing strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.
