Job Duties and Responsibilities

A Senior Program Manager for Infrastructure/Operations is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Infrastructure IT security projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security programs, including scope, goals, and deliverables
- Present status, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate across senior leadership, customers, and IT teams
- Develop program governance, executive reports, roadmaps, and full-scale plans in collaboration with IT and business teams
- Assemble program teams, manage resource allocation, schedules, meetings, and track deliverables using RAID and other tools
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues; provide regular reports with solutions and implement necessary program changes
- Oversee evaluations, post-deployment assessments, and ensure program objectives and outputs are met
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years program management experience in Infrastructure, Operations, or Security
- 8+ years in IT with technical expertise in infrastructure, security, and vendor management
- Proven skills in people management, strategic planning, risk, and change management
- Proficient in GSuite, Visio, MS Project; PMP certification and advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX, SQL, storage, networking, AWS/cloud, and security monitoring tools
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage IT management, development, infrastructure teams, and senior executives
- Solid understanding of program management principles, tools, and technical hardware program management techniques
- Experience working with Vendor SOWs, RFPs, contracts, and familiarity with IT systems, Agile, and SDLC
- Skilled negotiator and facilitator, able to build consensus and manage customer expectations throughout program delivery
- Ability to translate business strategies into technical requirements and consult with customers at a business level
- Proven leadership in complex IT environments, adaptable to change, with excellent decision-making and presentation abilities

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
