Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Program Leadership:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for automated vehicle registration offerings.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to leadership and associates including cross-functional teams.

Transformational Leadership:

  • Lead and drive business transformation programs aimed at enhancing the overall business including delivery of automated vehicle registration offerings.
  • Develop, execute, and manage to a strategic roadmap for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Program Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive program plans encompassing all aspects of business transformation, from technology adoption to process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of program deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, senior leadership, and internal teams, to understand business objectives and ensure program alignment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships to garner support and facilitate effective communication.

Innovation and Technology Adoption:

  • Oversee the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our automated vehicle registration offerings.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of transformed processes and technologies.
  • Provide leadership in addressing challenges and resistance to change, fostering a positive and adaptive organizational culture.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of managed services.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of managed service delivery processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status & milestones.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation related to program activities and outcomes.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in program management
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Understanding of concepts/process
  • Familiarity and expertise related to networking, telephone & security.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Track record of successfully leading complex business transformation initiatives
