Nexaminds is looking for a Technical Product Manager to oversee the product strategy and roadmap for our core internal developer and AI tooling initiatives. In this role, you will treat our engineering teams as your customers—conducting technical discovery, prioritizing internal platform investments based on developer friction, and driving the organizational adoption of modern development frameworks and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications we are looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing platforms, developer tools, AI/ML, or internal/technical products with software engineers as your primary customer.Technical Fluency: Deep technical background to participate credibly in architecture reviews, engineering tradeoff evaluations, and build-vs-buy analyses.
- Product Discovery & Strategy: Demonstrated experience running structured user research with technical audiences, owning multi-quarter roadmaps, and writing clear PRDs/RFCs.
- Metrics & Productivity Frameworks: Proven ability defining and tracking developer productivity and adoption metrics (such as DORA, core performance indicators, or platform CSAT/NPS).
- Platform-as-a-Product Practices: Familiarity with Internal Developer Platforms, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
- AI Developer Tooling: Hands-on experience evaluating, piloting, and driving the organizational adoption of enterprise AI-assisted development tools and developer copilots.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to evangelize internal tools, manage cross-team dependencies, and present clear platform ROI to senior leadership.
Nice to have:
- Prior software engineering background or Computer Science education.
- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks (such as NIST AI RMF or equivalent).
- Knowledge of emerging agentic developer workflows and integration protocols.
- Experience establishing internal user groups, office hours, or engineering feedback channels.
- Experience managing technical product lifecycles within large-scale enterprise SaaS environments.
Job duties:
- Own the multi-quarter technical roadmap, balancing investments across developer platform infrastructure, internal developer experience improvements, and core AI capabilities.
- Conduct regular technical discovery, journey mapping, and pain-point analysis by treating internal development teams as your customer base.
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative usage data into clear opportunity statements, identifying the most costly bottlenecks to guide platform investments.
- Drive adoption of internal platform capabilities and AI tools across engineering teams through internal launches, technical demos, training sessions, and clear documentation.
- Partner with engineering leadership and architecture teams to translate organizational technology strategies into prioritized engineering backlogs.
- Define, track, and report on outcome metrics (cycle times, platform satisfaction, adoption rates) to continuously demonstrate platform value and ROI.
- Shape the internal AI enablement strategy, evaluating third-party tooling vendors with a strict focus on security, privacy, cost, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with security, legal, and architecture teams to align developer infrastructure with corporate policies, data handling rules, and emerging regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate dependencies, deprecation timelines, and migration plans smoothly across distributed development teams to ensure uninterrupted operational delivery.
