  • Support adoption of product features by working closely with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams
  • Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance the platform
  • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

  • Strong experience scoping and validating complex customer requirements
  • Ability to operate effectively at different levels of detail depending on context and audience
  • Solid understanding of software design, development, testing, and delivery, including APIs and system interactions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in domains such as Billing, BSS, ERP, Finance, eCommerce, or AI-driven solutions with large customer bases is considered a plus
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure services (Kubernetes, databases, and storage across AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with development technologies such as Python, Go, SQL, or similar tools is an added advantage

What we offer:

  • Work from anywhere – this is a remote opportunity, open to candidates located within the European Union only, in line with team needs and operational requirements
