Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for an enterprise capability platform supporting integrated data, analytics, and reporting for both internal and external users
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, application engineers, architects, and UI/UX teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and define outcomes
- Translate business needs into actionable product artifacts, including user stories, features, acceptance criteria, release notes, and comprehensive product documentation, using tools such as Rally and Aha
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review solution designs, clarify requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned to business goals
- Lead and support Agile delivery ceremonies, ensuring effective backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones to leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and consistency
- Drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in across complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Make data-driven decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
- Support project financials, including budget tracking, issue management, and risk mitigation
- Ensure strong project governance, including status reporting, issue resolution, and follow-through on action items
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 3+ years of experience writing user stories, features, release notes, and product documentation
- Proven experience managing medium to large, initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies
- Experience working with medium-large, cross-functional teams across technology and business functions
- Experience with issue management, risk mitigation, and project communication
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern product development practices
- Proven excellent requirements gathering and analysis skills
- Proven solid data analysis and basic SQL capabilities; experience with data mining and insights generation
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and influencing without authority
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven comfortable building and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve KPIs and delivery outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced technical graduate degree
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Rally, Aha, Figma, and analytics platforms
- Proven ability to mentor junior product managers and contribute to overall team capability and growth
