We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the analytics strategy and execution for our Real-Time Settlement (RTS) platform. This hybrid role combines deep analytics expertise with product management leadership to deliver intelligent, value-driven insights across the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) lifecycle. The TPM will also own product telemetry and usage analytics across the RTS platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analytics Strategy and Execution
    • Define and own the analytics roadmap across RTS platform, AI, and technology layers
    • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and diagnostics that map every metric to a value promise
    • Ensure analytics systems continuously improve through insights and feedback loops
  • Product Ownership
    • Translate business needs into analytics features, specifications, and user stories
    • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver high-impact analytics products
    • Manage backlog, prioritize features, and validate value delivery across all layers
  • RCM Expertise
    • Apply deep understanding of the RCM lifecycle - from pre-service to post-service, including 835 or 837 files, payer rules, and EMR integrations
    • Build analytics that uncover inefficiencies, denial risks, and payment acceleration opportunities
  • Product Analytics and Telemetry
    • Define and implement product telemetry to capture user behavior, feature adoption, and performance signals
    • Track metrics such as clickstream, navigation paths, churn rate, nudge lifecycle (accept or reject or ignore), API latency, and payload success or failure
    • Partner with engineering to instrument telemetry across RTS workflows and APIs
    • Use tools like Adobe Analytics for usability and engagement tracking, Splunk for real-time API and infrastructure logging, and Databricks for metric computation and model performance analysis
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve internal teams (product, engineering, operations) and external clients (providers, payers) with clarity and precision
    • Generate stakeholder-ready analytics packages: Executive Overview, Financial Performance, Workflow Productivity, Denial and Recovery Insights
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in product management or analytics roles, preferably in healthcare or RCM
  • Experience with analytics platforms: Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Splunk, Databricks
  • Solid knowledge of RCM processes, payer-provider workflows, and healthcare data standards
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner), HL7, and EDI formats (835/837)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building AI-first analytics products
  • Background in SaaS platforms and API-driven architectures
  • Proven advanced SQL, Python, or data modeling skills
  • Proven solid communication and storytelling abilities
