Our mission is to empower the collaboration behind every great product. Our tools help teams work more effectively, enable a more sustainable work life balance, and reduce their impact on the environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the product management of our Platform Team. The Platform Team at VibeIQ is responsible for the developing and maintaining the systems that process tens of millions of API calls per day to power real-time collaboration for some of the world's largest brands.

As the Product Manager for this team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the foundational APIs, integrations, and cloud native infrastructure that power VibeIQ. You will also work closely with our customers and professional services team to define and deliver a robust toolkit for external developers that provides ergonomic SDKs, accessible system observability, and robust technical documentation.

This is a strategic, hands-on role in which you’ll partner with both customers and internal teams to shape, deliver, and evolve our platform capabilities for scalability, stability, and extensibility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Define and own an end-to-end roadmap, vision, and product strategy for VibeIQ’s Platform team.
  • Partner with customer and services teams to identify common integration patterns, align on data models and API designs, and translate emerging use cases into new platform capabilities.
  • Partner with platform engineers and solution architects to translate business requirements into clear, well-defined technical deliverables.
  • Define, track, and own key performance and system health metrics (e.g., uptime, service stability, integration throughput), and drive continuous improvement loops.
  • Work across customer success, engineering, product, and professional services to ensure platform capabilities are well-defined, reusable, and well documented.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical complexity and business value – communicate clearly with customers, technical teams, and executives to clearly articulate the value and timeline for complex projects.
  • Continuously improve execution frameworks, onboarding practices, and reporting mechanisms for efficiency and scale.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a technical, platform, or integration-focused role.
  • Thorough understanding of APIs, data modelling, integrations, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to translate complex technical work into business deliverables.
  • Proven ability to engage with enterprise customers to define and synthesise technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven ability to speak to both non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Experience defining and tracking measurable performance, reliability, and stability metrics.
  • Strong track record of defining roadmaps, writing PRDs, and delivering platform capabilities at scale.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, microservices, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and service-oriented patterns.
  • Familiarity with product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Coda, Figma).

BONUS POINTS
  • Direct software engineering experience.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise integrations (e.g., PLM, ERP, CRM, creative/merchandising tools).
  • Experience in the retail, fashion, apparel, or footwear industries.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, data governance, and system scalability challenges.

WHY JOIN US
  • Work on challenging projects that will shape the future of this company.
  • Collaborate with top talent in a dynamic, growth-oriented team.
  • Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for meaningful growth and impact.
  • Be an early, critical member of a growing Product, Engineering, & Design org.
