Payments are at the heart of commerce, and we are building a world-class platform to enable seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences. As we expand our Core Payments Product Team, we need a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the evolution of key payment capabilities across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and the U.S.

You will play a key role in defining and delivering critical payment solutions in one or more of the following domains: customer integrations, core payment processing, card acquiring, alternative payment methods, and data platform. With increasing regulatory requirements, evolving fraud risks, and growing customer expectations, we need someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, working closely with business, engineering, compliance, risk, and operations teams

What you will be doing

  • Drive product discovery and development activities, including defining and executing the product roadmap and backlog, for one or more of the following domains: customer integrations, core transaction services, card acquiring, alternative payment methods, and data platform.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs, business analysts, and engineering teams to design scalable and compliant payment solutions aligned with PCI DSS, EMV 3DS, and card scheme rules and mandates.
  • Work closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful go-to-market activities and product adoption.
  • Support pre-sales and commercial discovery activities, working closely with business development and sales teams to align product capabilities with market and customer needs.
  • Partner with external stakeholders such as card networks, banks, and alternative payment providers to integrate new payment methods, expand existing capabilities, or optimize payment flows.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to define and execute product initiatives that enhance authorization rates, reduce fraud, improve overall payment performance, and reduce operational friction
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging payment technologies.



You

  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Fluency in Japanese is to be considered as a plus.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, plug-ins, microservice architecture, or payment method integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for prioritization and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, across business, engineering, compliance, risk, and operations teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment across different timezones.
  • Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following:
    • Card acquiring, including authorization, clearing, and settlement flows
    • Chargeback and dispute resolution processes
    • Alternative payment methods
    • 3-D Secure
    • Network tokenization

Nice to Have

    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum.
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology). An MBA is a plus.
