VMware @ Broadcom is looking for a seasoned product manager responsible for driving ANS Division's security and application delivery products with managed service provider customers. You will be working to evangelize, insert and expand VMware’s Firewall and Advanced Threat Prevention Portfolio with customers, identify use cases, insertion strategies and deliver business case and technical collateral. This team is a fast-paced start-up environment where the successful candidate will wear many hats. Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with sales teams and customers to ANS product sales and deployments
- Work closely with product management and architects to provide feedback on feature prioritization, product design, implementation, testing and maintenance.
- Help build and drive early customer engagements.
- Produce technical collateral (white papers, videos, blogs) on technical and business value ANS portfolio for managed service providers
- Speak at conferences, vMUGs and related forums
- Drive third party testing and performance requirements

Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of the network security and Advanced Threat Prevention space.
-Hands-on experience on firewalls, IDS/IPS, NDR and EDR technologies
-Data Center Network security or SOC experience
- Articulate and ability to deliver impactful message to customers and partners
- Speaking experience on industry forums and conferences
-Attention to detail

Additional  Skills:
-Experience with VMware stack and products
-Automation skills
 

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in engineering/technical field and 12+ years of related experience (5+ of those years in customer facing experience) or a Masters degree in engineering/technical field and 10+ years of experience (5+ of those years in customer facing experience)

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $225,000 

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
