Position Overview
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you sit at the intersection of deep technical understanding and go-to-market execution. You lead the delivery of complex, large-scale features, and are equally comfortable diving into a technical discussion with R&D and translating that same capability into a clear, sharp message for Sales, Marketing, Technical Customer Support (TCS), and Customer Success (CSM). A background in hardware and/or software development is a strong advantage, but not a requirement - what matters most is your ability to quickly grasp complex systems and problems, and to convey requirements and decisions in a direct, unambiguous way. As AI reshapes how our products are built and used, you will help the organization figure out, in real time, what that means for our roadmap, our customers, and the way we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage deep understanding of users, personas, and use cases to guide product decisions
- Analyze product and business requirements and break them down into epics
- Lead large-scale features and cross-team initiatives throughout the SDLC
- Identify risks and proactively raise flags to improve delivery and product quality
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and challenge priorities based on impact and feasibility
- Drive collaboration across R&D and go-to-market stakeholders - including Sales, Marketing, TCS, and CSM - aligning technical and commercial teams toward shared goals
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into clear positioning, and represent the product directly to customers and prospects to gather feedback and inform requirements
- Distill complex, ambiguous problems into sharp, direct requirements and messaging that both engineering and non-technical stakeholders can act on immediately
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements and drive execution
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth and efficient delivery
- 5+ years of experience in technology organizations in roles such as Product Manager, Technical Product Manager.
- Strong technical understanding of software systems and development processes; familiarity with hardware or embedded systems is a plus
- Proven experience leading complex cross-team projects
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Demonstrated experience partnering with customer- and market-facing functions (Sales, Marketing, TCS, CSM) - translating customer and market input into product requirements, and technical capabilities into go-to-market messaging
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and challenge priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and requirements in a direct, sharp, and easy-to-act-on way
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to quickly grasp complex, unfamiliar problems and domains
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technology, and genuine interest in how it will reshape products, workflows, and customer expectations
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
