What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the WhatsApp conversational bot — defining vision, priorities, and success metrics.
- Translate business goals, regulatory needs, and user behavior into clear requirements.
- Shape the conversational UX, leveraging prompt engineering and large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and frictionless user experience.
- Drive agile execution — writing user stories, managing sprints, tracking progress in Jira, and ensuring continuous delivery.
- Measure and optimize — analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics to inform iteration and scaling.
- Backend: Node.js, Python

- AI/NLP: LangChain, LangGraph, LLM frameworks
- Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CDK
- Integrations: WhatsApp Cloud API, payment & compliance systems
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Amplitude
We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product management or technical product management roles.
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering throughfull lifecycle — from prototype to production.
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, database queries, and backend systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English B2+).
- Experience in fintech, payments, or AI-driven systems.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, prompt engineering, or NLP-driven UX.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, or similar.
- Familiarity with React, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform or other messaging APIs
