What You'll Own & Transform
You will act as the strategic partner for our client, serving as their trusted counterpart to drive business outcomes. Your mandate is to look beyond day-to-day operations and focus on delivering long-term value.
- Become the Client's Strategic Partner: Embed yourself deeply within the client's business. You will be the person on our team who truly understands their business goals, their workflows, and their vision. You will translate this deep understanding into a coherent, actionable product and platform evolution strategy.
- Drive the Technical and Strategic Product Roadmap: In close partnership with your technical counterparts and vendors (such as identity and payment providers, OVP), you will own the product vision for a resilient, high-performance multi-platform OTT service. You will not only gather requirements, but more importantly, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth that the client hasn't even imagined. You will secure their buy-in and have the autonomy and resources to execute.
- Define and Measure Success: Establish and own the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service. Your success will be measured by tangible outcomes, including improvements in service stability (uptime), client satisfaction (NPS), churn rate, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Need to Succeed
This is a senior role for an experienced, client-facing product leader. You must be able to command respect, build trust, and drive execution across multiple teams and vendors.
- Must be fluent in both Turkish and English. This is a non-negotiable requirement for effective communication with all stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical product management role with a proven track record in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Industry Knowledge: Experience and understanding of OTT streaming, or a managed service ecosystem and tech landscape
- Technical Fluency: While you won't be the architect, you must be able to hold your own in technical discussions. You should have a strong conceptual understanding of the OTT technology stack, including areas like streaming protocols, DRM, identity and payment solutions. You can effectively partner with engineering leads, understand technical trade-offs, and translate complex concepts into clear product requirements.
- Proven Experience in Complex Client Environments: You have a demonstrated history of navigating complex client needs, partner constraints and technical possibilities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating them into a clear, actionable roadmap.
- A "Player-Coach" Mentality: You are comfortable diving into the weeds of defining a new feature one moment and presenting a strategic vision to an executive team or the customer the next.
