We are seeking a results-driven Lead Product Manager with solid Healthcare Provider domain expertise, product strategy experience, business acumen, and Agile/SAFe delivery leadership to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine deep healthcare knowledge with experience in AI-driven product innovation, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale product delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own products and strategic initiatives across the full product lifecycle: Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, and Sunset
  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with market, customer, and regulatory needs
  • Partner with Product, Business, Engineering, Data, and Platform teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions
  • Translate complex business workflows into product artifacts including SDDs, user journeys, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
  • Drive roadmap prioritization, backlog management, and cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Lead Agile and SAFe ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, PI planning, release planning, and product increment reviews
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve provider experience and operational efficiency
  • Define and scale AI-driven product and engineering practices, including AI-enabled SDLC frameworks, reusable capabilities, and platform approaches
  • Drive productionization of AI-enabled solutions through performance optimization, scalability, monitoring, observability, reliability, and governance
  • Resolve complex business, technical, operational, and organizational challenges spanning multiple domains
  • Monitor product adoption, customer outcomes, operational KPIs, and business value realization
  • Communicate product strategy, risks, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, translating them into business opportunities
  • Champion responsible AI practices, including governance, compliance, risk management, transparency, and ethical use
  • Build compelling business cases and narratives that demonstrate the impact and value of AI-enabled initiatives
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and AI innovation
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across product and technology teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analysis, or related experience
  • 8+ years of experience delivering products using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale healthcare products and digital platforms
  • Healthcare & Provider Domain Knowledge
