Mederoné is an online pharmacy dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. Our offerings include prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. 

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Technical Product Manager with a proven record of building and launching successful digital products, services, and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical proficiency particularly in software architecture and product management with strategic product vision and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. 

You will be responsible for steering the company’s product roadmap, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving innovation across the business.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in Jira and Agile product delivery.
• Extensive Shopify experience, including integrations and e-commerce optimisation.
• Experience working with PHP Laravel applications and development teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud-based systems.
• Experience building or implementing AI automation solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and manage product roadmaps effectively.

• Experience within healthtech, healthcare, pharmacy, or digital wellness businesses.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, scaling organisations.
• Experience launching and managing mobile applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and SaaS platforms.

• Previous experience in a healthtech or pharmacy management systems company.
• Background in digital transformation, automation, and technology-driven customer experiences.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans
• Digital Product Development/Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development and marketing of high-performance digital platforms, services, and applications.
• Innovation & Scaling: Identify opportunities to integrate AI systems and automation to boost efficiency and create next-generation healthcare products.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Working with full-stack developers and designers to foster innovation, accountability, and cross-departmental synergy.
• Performance & Delivery: Oversee product metrics, set KPIs for product success, and introduce agile methodologies to streamline product delivery and iteration cycles.
