Manage daily pharmacy operations in Amsterdam, ensuring patient safety and compliance with Dutch regulations. Oversee inventory, procurement, audits, and quality assurance. Design, build, and maintain scalable Laravel backend services and APIs. Optimize databases and performance, implement background processing and event-driven systems, integrate third-party and AI/LLM services, write tests, review code, mentor developers, and help define architecture and engineering standards.

Support HR operations from the Dubai office, maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, responding to HR queries, organising engagement activities, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements across multiple international offices.
