Job Description

In this role, you will play a key part in rethinking how work gets done at Seven Senders through AI & Automation. You will identify inefficiencies, reduce cross-team friction, and design and implement scalable solutions that make complex workflows simpler and smarter. Working hands-on with low-code tools, LLMs, agentic systems, and automation platforms, you will automate repetitive work, create measurable efficiency and OPEX gains, and free up teams to focus on higher-value work.
Just as importantly, you will help build momentum for AI & Automation across the company, helping Seven Senders to become an AI-first company.

The essence of your role:

  • Own the roadmap and delivery of AI & Automation initiatives across high-impact workflows and business teams
  • Identify complex, fragmented processes and turn them into scalable automation opportunities
  • Assess and prioritise initiatives based on measurable business impact, including OPEX savings, ROI, and scalability
  • Design and implement automation solutions hands-on, balancing speed, simplicity, resilience, and the right level of human oversight
  • Drive adoption by building stakeholder trust and supporting colleagues through change.

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in Technical Product Management, ideally in AI, RPA, or Business Process Automation
  • Strong technical depth in automation architecture and sound judgment on when to use scripts, low-code solutions, or AI / LLM-driven approaches; familiarity with the latest agent-based frameworks and their practical applications
  • Hands-on experience building solutions using tools such as Claude Code, Make.com, Bolt, Lovable, Replit, N8N, Python, or similar technologies
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to define cost-per-unit metrics and build business cases based on ROI, payback periods, and scalability
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage expectations, explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and coach junior team members
