We are looking for someone to join our Solutions team, which focuses on delivering customised payment solutions and consulting support to Mastercard's strategic partners. The team leverages Mastercard's global brand, technology, operations and risk platforms to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

About the Role
In this role, you will support the delivery and implementation of Mastercard's digital payment solutions, including Click to Pay, Token Authentication, Secure Card on File and Agentic Commerce initiatives.
You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to support technical integrations, customer onboarding and the successful adoption of Mastercard's digital payment capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of Click to Pay, Token Authentication, Secure Card on File and Agentic Commerce initiatives.
- Assisting with customer implementations, including pre-sales support, solution design, technical onboarding, testing and post-launch support.
- Working with acquirers, payment service providers, merchants and technology partners to support technical integrations and adoption.
- Collaborating with regional and global teams to implement Mastercard's digital payment solutions and frameworks.
- Supporting compliance with Mastercard standards, security requirements and local regulatory obligations.
- Partnering with engineering, product, UX and business teams to gather requirements, document user flows and contribute to technical specifications.
- Monitoring product performance, customer feedback and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable working across both technical and business teams.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience working with APIs, SDKs, digital payment technologies or digital wallet ecosystems.
- Exposure to acquiring, payment services or payment gateways would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- A good understanding of software development concepts, including APIs, cloud-based solutions and enterprise applications.
- The ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate customer needs into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support the delivery of customer outcomes.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of deliverables.
