Senior Technical Partner Manager - Digital

Product partnership focuses on focusing on key tech partners such as Salesforce, Shopify, and Oracle. These partners are integral to our merchants ecosystem, enabling them to trigger payments via our tech solution. Adyen’s product partnership department is growing exponentially, and so we’re looking for an experienced Technical Partner Manager to join the team. 
In this role based in Amsterdam, you will act as a strong technical influencer, playing a key role in unlocking Adyen’s functionality at scale, representing both Adyen’s and our partners best interests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful partner integrations. Your deep understanding of Adyen and partner products will enable you to provide strategic, technical consulting, ensuring robust and scalable integrations.
While Product Partnerships focuses on managing top technology and service partners, this role does not include dedicated internal engineering resources.

What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the technical aspects of partner integrations, ensuring they meet the high expectations of our merchants
• Work closely with partners to align on product roadmaps, pilot new features, and deliver scalable functionality in a timely manner. Develop go-to-market strategies that ensure a smooth and successful launch of joint solutions
• Streamline the partner’s onboarding, to enable rapid access to Adyen Payments when a merchant has signed an agreement to use Adyen through the partner platform
• Explore innovative co-development opportunities that enhance the partner’s competitive edge and address common merchant challenges. Work closely with Adyen’s
• Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and develop new solutions
• Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams, as well as external partners and merchants, to continuously improve existing integrations and create cutting-edge, industry-transforming products and features
• Your role is to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, creating a strong feedback loop with all parties involved.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or relationship management, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion
• Strong technical acumen, including a solid understanding of API concepts and the ability to articulate how products function
• Proven track record of scoping, building, and launching scalable enterprise products, ensuring successful adoption and impact
• Deep experience in e-commerce, payments, fintech, system architecture, or partner ecosystems, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing projects from conception to execution, while staying adaptable when challenges arise
• Experience working in a global organization, collaborating across multiple teams, offices, and time zones
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical subjects, staying composed and focused when navigating intricate concepts or challenges.
