The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Technical Operations Engineer, you'll join our growing IT Platform Operations Team to scale and support the enterprise platforms that power DraftKings. You'll play a key role in optimizing systems like Gemini Enterprise, n8n, and Zapier, delivering seamless experiences for employees across the company. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot critical issues, lead platform integrations, and drive automation, all while collaborating across functions to build reliable, secure, and scalable systems.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and support enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and incident response, including vendor escalation and RCA documentation.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise, n8n, and Zapier to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows.
  • Translate business needs into scalable configurations for RBAC, permissions, and group-based access controls.
  • Build secure, API-based system integrations and participate in on-call rotations to provide real-time platform support.
  • Execute change control processes for upgrades, patches, and rollbacks in high-availability environments.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT operations supporting critical SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency in user and access management at scale, including RBAC and permissioning models.
  • Experience writing scripting languages for automation, integrations, and platform customization.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive resolution through collaboration and clear communication.
  • Exposure to or curiosity about AI-powered platforms and automation tools, with a focus on improving workflows and reducing manual effort.
